LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Treasury Manager in Unley, South Australia.  

The newly created role of Treasury Manager has been developed to support the continued growth and evolution of LMS Energy. Your insights will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in leading the treasury management function, including high-impact financial projects and initiatives. You will provide expert advice and analysis in the development of complex corporate models and demonstrate advanced stakeholder engagement expertise in working collaboratively with key internal and external groups. Your solutions-focused outlook will see you proactively drive compliance while also maximising returns from on balance sheet cash. Ultimately, the position of Treasury Manager will play an important advisory role to the team and will be influential in supporting decision making and addressing key treasury objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the long-term 25-year cash flow model for the Group including updating for actuals and inputs for forecasts, coordinating periodic model audits and preparing model data books on at least a 6-monthly basis
  • Proactively support all aspects of debt refinancing initiatives, including planning for future business requirements, preparing Information Memorandums/Requests for Proposal, data room management, managing model audits, managing delivery of Due Diligence reports and overall project management
  • Support building and managing relationships with both existing and potential new lenders
  • Manage all reporting under debt facility agreements
  • Ensure no instances of non-compliance with requirements under debt facility agreements
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and credit risk exposure
  • Maximise returns on cash balances, via proactive management

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor or Masters degree in finance or commerce  
  • CA or CPA qualification beneficial
  • Minimum 3-5 years working in a treasury related role including working with complex corporate models
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Australian Drivers Licence
