LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a part-time Reception and Administration Support to be based at Brisbane CBD.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Supervisor where your role will primarily involve coordinating the day-to-day administrative duties for various business groups and you will also at times assist in other areas of the business, including safety, finance, or compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing reception and perform general administrative tasks
  • Assist with organising events and training
  • Assist with travel arrangements
  • Assist with general office tasks, including repairs and maintenance
  • Support other groups and personnel where required

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Shows attention to detail and an ability to multi-task
  • A team player, great work ethic, shows initiative, resilient and committed with strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Upholds LMS’ company values and culture
