
LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a Document Controller for a fixed-term of six months in our Prospect Office, South Australia.

Working closely with the Manager – Project Development and Compliance, you'll support the successful delivery of renewable energy infrastructure projects through high-quality document control, compliance support, and project administration. Responsibilities:

Manage document control, ensuring the distribution of project-related documents to stakeholders and maintaining company and project document registers and filing systems.

Create project document control reports, summarising document transmittals for the reporting period, review status, and outstanding actions.

Support various teams, including Engineering, Projects, and Compliance to ensure accurate and efficient document flow.

Aid the Projects & Engineering teams in preparing construction/commissioning document packs, workplace plans, managing contractors, and facilitating handovers to operations.

Conduct regular engineering audits to uphold the quality of project folders and filing systems.
Requirements:

5+ years previous experience as a Document Controller

Experience in document control software packages

Practical experience in document control systems for engineering and construction projects

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
