
LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a part-time Control Room Operator in Prospect, Adelaide.
As part of our team, your role will primarily involve working within the National Operations Centre over a 24/7 rotating roster, monitoring over 35 power generation facilities to increase safety, improve utilisation rates and provide support by reducing the number of call-outs for local operators.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support and monitor the National Operations Centre on a rotating 24/7 roster
- Activate and triage alarms for all power generation facilities
- Analyse, reset and restart where possible and escalate to local operators as necessary
- Manage the system to maintain safety of personnel
- Record all relevant data collected after events
- Drive continuous improvement and standardisation across LMS power generation and flaring facilities
Requirements:
- 3+ years Control Room experience
- Technology, electrical or instrumentation background (desirable)
- Ability to troubleshoot control systems
- Australian Drivers Licence
