
LMS Energy is Australia’s largest emissions reducer and the national leader in biogas-to-energy and solar on landfill. LMS requires the services of a full-time or part-time Systems Accountant in Unley, South Australia.
As part of our team, you will collaborate with the Manager – Financial Systems where your role will primarily involve analysing, improving and automating financial systems, in particular the Technology One, ELMO, Maximo and ExpenseMe Pro systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide systems administration, analysis, automation and user management of Technology One, Maximo and ExpenseMe Pro systems

Provide financial systems support to the Finance team and process ad hoc requests for information/analysis

Provide guidance with the end-to-end financial processes that impact finance and the broader business

Drive and manage the implementation of process improvements to maximise capability of the ERP system

Perform troubleshooting and resolve any problems promptly

Develop system reports and dashboards to support decision-making

Perform Technology One, Maximo and ExpenseMe Pro system changes and developments to review the impact on the business and implement changes

Integrate Technology One and ELMO and ensure effective payroll reporting

Liaise with IT to assist with implementing changes and upgrades

Educate other business groups on best-practice use of financial systems
Requirements:
- Experience with Technology One, IBM Maximo, ELMO, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP or Oracle NetSuite

Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or equivalent Finance/Industry experience

Qualification with an Australian professional accounting body such as CA or CPA or working towards

Advanced computer software and Microsoft Excel skills

Sound accounting knowledge

Great trouble-shooting and fault-finding skills

Strong time management and organisational skills

Australian Drivers Licence
