
LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time Project Contract Administrator located in South Australia.
Reporting directly to the Head of Major Projects, this role will play a key role in enabling the Projects team to deliver on key objectives through effective support and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Administer contracts across multiple projects
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation
- Support contract development and collate and review contractor departures
- Track and process progress claims, invoices, and variations
- Maintain contract registers and reporting tools
- Assist with the drafting and development of contract notices
- Assist with financial forecasting and budgeting
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Ensure WHS and governance compliance
- Maintain project records and commercial documentation
- Support project planning, reviews, and lessons learned
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Contract Admin, Project Management or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in contract administration or procurement
- Understanding of contract terms and commercial management
- Experience with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction delivery models desirable
- Proficiency with Excel and document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Australian Drivers Licence
