
LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time People and Culture Coordinator located in Unley, South Australia.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor – People and Culture this role will play a key role in enabling the People and Culture team to deliver on objectives through effective support and collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive professional relationships across the LMS business
- Maintain employee records and folders in ELMO (HRIS)
- Assist with P&C system administration including updates and changes
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and new employee documentation
- Assist with scheduling and facilitating the onboarding process
- Assist with probation and end of employment documentation
- Answer P&C queries via phone and email
- Liaise regularly with LMS employees to foster positive employee relations
- Update documents, such as letters, contracts, procedures and policies
- Book and coordinate employee training and logistics and ensure up-to-date training documentation
- Assist with the coordination of large-scale training programs
- Suggest ideas to improve and innovate the People and Culture function, ensuring best practice
- Provide general support to the team (i.e. administration, projects, research and presentations)
Requirements:
- Qualification in Human Resources or Psychology
- 3-5 years’ experience in a People and Culture role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good understanding of HRIS
- Australian Drivers Licence
