LMS Energy is at the forefront of emissions reduction and renewable fuel innovation across Australia. We are currently recruiting for a part-time or full-time Safety Administrator, located in Brisbane, QLD.  

Reporting directly to the Supervisor, this role will play a key role in enabling the Safety team to deliver on key objectives through effective support and collaboration.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to the Supervisor in ensuring Health & Safety systems comply with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements  

  • Assist the Health & Safety team in preparing and finalising system documentation in line with internal document control procedures  

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee health/medical files and contractor documentation such as insurances, licences, and competency records  

  • Support the management of external contractor portals, including maintaining Health & Safety information and coordinating inductions for contractors and employees  

  • Provide Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator (RRTWC) support for both work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring appropriate processes and documentation are followed  

  • Deliver administrative support to the Health & Safety team, including document management and onboarding support for new team members as required 

Requirements: 

  • Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator (RRTWC) state based training is preferable 

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role  

  • Experience with SharePoint, Health and Safety/Contractor Management Portals  

  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
