We are currently recruiting for a full-time or part-time Warehouse Coordinator, located in South Brisbane, QLD.  This role primarily involves overseeing the Yatala (QLD) warehouse and coordinating all deliveries and controlling inventory.

Reporting directly to the Manager, this role will play a key role in enabling the Procurement team to deliver on key objectives through effective support and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all deliveries within the Yatala Warehouse
• Ensure all deliveries are receipted within our Finance System 
• Manage all inventory and stocktake issues, as well as conduct yearly stocktake
• Ensure the re-ordering of critical spares for major warehouses is conducted and maintained
• Act as the single point of contact for all delivery-related communications for QLD, NSW and VIC
• Pack and assist with deliveries for Australia and New Zealand, including major and minor overhaul kits
• Coordinate and restock the Operations rebuild containers
• Maintain the cleanliness and storage of spare parts within the warehouse
• Assist with the implementation of the management system (WMS)
• Work closely with the Procurement team in establishing warehouse standards and procedures
• Ensure proper implementation of WHS requirements and adherence to corporate policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in a warehousing role 
• Full Australian Drivers Licence 
• High Risk Work (Forklift) Licence
• Experience with electrical and mechanical parts desirable 
• Experience with Maximo highly desirable 
• Some intrastate/interstate travel will be required
• Fitness for work to perform the role safely and competently
